Agile Tip of the Day, 1 May

The Scrum of Scrums is a useful and popular practice when scaling Agile and Scrum. In its core, it is similar to the daily scrum but includes representatives (usually the Scrum Master) of each different team. One less popular but equally useful practice is to create a program information radiator - that is an artifact which communicates the progress across the different teams, and update it on the Scrum of Scrums similarly to how a separate team updates their Kanban board during the daily scrum.
