Agile Tip of the Day, 13 March 2021

Your Agile Project Charter should be no longer than 1 page. The 6 key elements are:

1)) The Vision or Problem Statement, 2) The Goal or Success Metrics, 3) the High Level Scope, 4) The Benefit Potential or Business Value, 5) the High Level Milestones or MVP or MMP, 6) the Key Stakeholders.

Covering these in a 1 page, concise manner will set you up for success and ensure alignment early on.
