What tools do I need to use for Scrum? You do not necessarily need the tool to be able to implement Scrum. There are multiple tools such as JIRA, Aha!, Trello and more. You can start with any tool, even Excel which is sufficient for you to be able to apply Scrum as it is enough to store and prioritize the backlog, to create burndown chart and sprint plan and sprint backlog. If you want to invest into a tool, make sure you do not put the tool at the center of your process, in line with the Agile Manifesto value to put preference on individuals and interactions rather over processes and tools.
