Agile Tip of the Day, 29 April

The Sprint Review is the Scrum ceremony which looks simplest and most straight-forward to implement. It is however also the most important one to get correctly as if the team does not demonstrate successfully, the client will lose confidence and the relationship will suffer. Some good practices for the Sprint Review are to not be over-prepared, to allow more people to take part demoing, to turn it into a dialog, to ask open ended questions and to update your backlog based on the feedback received.
