Sprint Planning is timeboxed ceremony with typical length of 1 to 2 hours per sprint week. That means it is from 1 hour at a minimum for 1 week sprint to 8 hours at a maximum for 4 week sprint. The ScrumMaster needs to ensure that the team comes up with a Sprint Goal and Sprint backlog in this allocated time. What to do if the sprint ends and the work is not yet done?​ In that case, the quality should not be compromised, neither the sprint length increased. What will happen in this case is that the undone
